3 wheeler pushchair -terrain pushchair with lightweight durability and great maneuverability. Its one-hand fold is compact, which means it's easy to move and freestanding when folded. The padded seat reclines to a nearly flat position, and there is a large storage bin and canopy. The suitability for newborns is yes, with an additional carrycot.
Good suspension and air-filled tyres will handle rough terrain well. You can also use it for jogging. However, you must wait until your baby is at minimum 6 or 9 months old.
Ickle Bubba XL Air
This light pushchair made by Ickle Bubba comes with a variety of features that parents will appreciate. The travel system comes with a lie flat carrycot for babies and an adjustable rear and forward facing pushchair seat.
The XL Air is a really impressive car, and it's easy to see why it's received so many high marks from customers. It's extremely light-weight - the wheels and chassis weigh only 6.5kg. It is also very easy to assemble. I was able to get it up and running in less than five minutes. This is amazing considering that it included attaching fabric for the carrycot.
It has a lovely, wide seat that is comfortable for Annie (who is 12 months old) and the recline lever is very easy to operate. The basket is spacious with plenty of space and I like that the handle bar comes with an area to keep your keys and phone secure.
The only issue is the handlebar is low, which can be an issue for parents who are taller. It's covered with a soft, comfortable leather-like material that is easy to wipe down.

Hauck Pushchair Runner
The Runner is for parents who love to explore and are always on the go. The large pneumatic wheels can be utilized on field and forest trails. The front wheel is lockable and can be swiveled to allow for greater flexibility. It also comes with a padded 5-point safety harness and a front bar to ensure your child is secure on all journeys, while the parking brake is able to stop the stroller from moving when you rest. The comfy seat is easy to recline to a lying position and the canopy opens up with netting to ensure maximum air circulation on hot days. The handle can be adjusted by more than 30cm, to fit mum or dad.
The Runner will accompany you on your next adventure, whether it's a quick jog, a longer hike or a long-distance trek. It has a fully-flat lay-flat seat that has suspension air wheels to ensure an easy ride. The front wheel can be locked for greater stability on narrow streets or crowded sidewalks. The stroller is also able to fold up to fit in car boot spaces or storage areas.
Some parents have found the Runner 2 to be a little more difficult to navigate than its predecessor and the locking system isn't as user-friendly (requiring two buttons on either side of the push bar). The handlebar is higher than other strollers and therefore it may not suit shorter parents, but overall this is a sturdy and versatile stroller worth a look for families with active children.
Red Kite Push Me pacing
The Pace is a different great product from Red Kite, an affordable British brand which prides itself on making simple and well-designed essentials for parents. It's the latest and most expensive version of their bargain light stroller line. It like the Ickle Bubba Aurora and Yoyo is car seat compatible so you can use it from the beginning (the carrycot folds away).
The new Pace has some fantastic design elements, including rose-gold hues on the hood, chassis and stroller trims that really distinguish it from. The stroller and car seat fabrics are fashionable in tan, grey and cream. You can also choose to add handles made of leather and a bumper bar to complement.
It's suitable for babies up to a maximum weight of 22kg and the stroller seat easily converts from the carrycot into an reversible 2-in-1 mode that can be parent or world-facing. The stroller seat has multiple lie-back positions, soft padded legs rests, and an extendable sun canopy that has zip-off sections that are concealed, a viewing see-through flap, and retractable visor.
Furthermore, when folded, the Pace measures 56 32 x 43 cm which means it passes for hand luggage with Easyjet and Ryanair, among others. Two buttons on each side are easy to utilize and press to lock it in the right position.
Bugaboo Fox 5
Bugaboo's Fox 5 is designed to be the ultimate all-terrain stroller. Its unique chassis features a shorter wheel width that makes it more maneuverable than its predecessor. I tried it out with my two children - an eight-week-old and a toddler - on rough pavements, grassy wooded walks and even cobblestones.
The puncture-proof wheels are big in size - 22cm and a whopping 30cm - so they can cope with lots of different terrains. The wheels come with a flap that can be opened or closed to let air in when needed. It's a bit bigger than most pushchairs, but it doesn't feel bulky or heavy when pushing over bumpy surfaces.
The fabric for the seat can be machine washed, and the faux leather frames and grips are easy to clean. It's also much quieter than many pushchairs and I felt confident using it in busy city streets. Another benefit is that it has integrated accessory points, which means you can add footmuffs parasols, changing bags and even a tray for snacks. The hood can be used to block the elements of wind and rain, but it's not waterproof. The single pram is able to be fitted with the Comfort Wheeled Board (not included), which gives your child more legroom. It took around 20 minutes to assemble the bassinet, and the same amount of time to convert it to the seat.
UPPAbaby Ridge
No matter if you're enjoying an early morning run under the stars or taking a moonlit stroll in the crisp air, the UPPAbaby Ridge transforms every moment into a shared experience. This all-terrain stroller was designed to keep you and your child active.
The large 12" and 16" foam-filled tires offer an easy ride, regardless of the terrain. The patented suspension allows you to glide over woodland paths with minimal impact on your child's legs as well as rear. The handbrake with a performance disc allows you to stop quickly even while running on a downhill slope.
From bustling farmers markets to street performers singing The Ridge navigates all your city's most popular scenes with ease. The large basket can accommodate all your essentials and market purchases, while the large canopy offers sun and wind protection. The front canopy can be unzipped to reveal two mesh peekaboos, which allow you to watch your baby.
The Ridge's reversible seats lets you choose whether your child is facing you, or the world ahead. Its simple foot brake system makes it intuitive for parents who are new. A fantastic feature is the reversible handlebar, that allows you to adjust it to your height and preference. In contrast to other strollers for jogging, the Ridge's fold is reliable and stays self-standing while folded.
iCandy Core
The new iCandy pushchair is packed with features that will be awe-inspiring to parents. It comes with a multi-mode wheelbase and an LED Visibility Hub light that is the first of its kind in the market. It has a built-in Ride-on Board that helps reduce future costs and allows tired toddlers to accompany their parents when they go on excursions.
The Core can be bought as a single or as a complete travel system and it is compatible with the most popular car seats from brands like Cybex, Maxi Cosi and Joie. It has the biggest seat unit in the iCandy line, which means you can use it for your baby's first years and beyond. As with all iCandy pushchairs it is beautifully designed and features premium knitted jersey fabric. The parent's adjustable handlebar and child's detachable bumper bar are made of soft leatherette, and the folded calf support can be very comfortable for children.
I was amazed by how easy it was to fold and collapse. It only requires one hand, even with the seat unit on. It can easily fit in your hallway or boot and is ideal to travel with. The iCandy Core includes a variety of accessories, such as a matching changing rucksack or liner/footmuff.
